        Objective: This study aimed to investigate and identify the capabilities of the employability of the graduates of the universities and higher education institutions. Research Method: The research method used in this study is based on qualitative research method and grounded theory. Statistical population of the study was graduates of master and the sampling method used is purposive sampling and needed information gathered through semi-structured interviews of 21 graduates and analized by content analysis method. Findings: The central phenomenon was employability, results showed that employability is multi-faceted conception that has a set of factors, conditions, features, and capabilities and In today's world, if graduates do not equip with the employability skills to find employment don’t success. Conclusion: The turning point of the study compared with previous studies identifying employability capabilities, as well as factors, circumstances, contexts and strategies to strengthen it and attention and focus it requires a systematic approach and is looking to play a role in reducing unemployment graduates.         The issue of employment of graduates in recent years in Iran is considered as one of the economic, social and cultural challenges and is among the most important threats to security and national and human development. In the meantime, the social sciences, while expanding at night and night universities, have higher unemployment rates than other disciplines. Therefore, the present study aimed at identifying the fields of employment and unemployment of graduates of this field, studied 12 of these graduates using a deep interview and a thorough analysis of the findings of these interviews. The findings reveal the discovery of interpretive codes of educational, political, managerial, individual, and socio-cultural backgrounds, which, while creating the unemployment scene of the graduates of this field, were also related to the functioning of the educational system. Negative assessments of the employment status of higher education graduates indicate that there is a lack of appropriate structural planning for linking the economic situation and the courses offered at universities, and the graduates have emphasized the need for the establishment of regular communication methods between higher education and the labor market. . Also, the findings of a quantitative research project that is ongoing at the same time - this research has surveyed 335 graduates from the years of 2007-2013 in a stratified sampling method - these findings And finally, the attraction of graduates of universities and higher education institutions of the country in the labor market depends on the abilities and characteristics that part of them should be created during the period of studies, therefore, it is expected to review As well as reforms in various educational dimensions, including goals, educational programs, curriculum content and TED practices, linked to job needs to be done by the University.         The purpose of this research is to present a strategic model based on which it is possible to explain the attraction and value creation of higher education management graduates in the governance system of higher education in Iran. The current research was qualitative in terms of research method. Foundation's data theory has been used to build the absorption and valuation model. In this section, 18 experts who are familiar with the topic of attracting and valuing higher education management graduates have been used. Data has been collected by semi-structured interview method. In order to analyze the data, a three-stage process of open, selective and central coding was used with the help of MAXQDA2020 software, and the findings of this process show the paradigm model of attracting and valuing students including 27 main categories and 95 variables including attracting and valuing students as the core. or the main category of the model; 5 causal conditions; 3 background conditions; 3 interfering conditions; 3 strategic conditions and finally 4 consequences were placed. In this regard, considering the key role of higher education graduates in the sustainable development of knowledge and skills, it is required that higher education management graduates have a constructive interaction in the formulation and implementation of macro policies, and through a clear response to their request, their motivation to the increase responsibility for work in educational and executive organizations Manuscript profile
